We believe kombucha should be made properly - with time, care and real fermentation.
Every bottle is made by us in our London brewery.
We make our kombucha the way you would at home - never pasteurised, and not from concentrate.
We always use real fruit, botanicals and herbs - for an unmatched depth of flavour that tastes real.
"I was working for the NHS as a nutritionist, and poor diet was a huge problem with my clients.
I started brewing kombucha at home —then during my Master’s in Food Science, I explored the science behind the fermentation.
In 2019 I took the leap and founded Twisted Kombucha - my goal is to create a genuinely functional kombucha that honours tradition while standing up to scientific scrutiny."
