FULL REFUND POLICY
If you realise you are not the kombucha loving type, you can return any unused product to us for a refund. This is only available on your first purchase. The original packaging must be used and you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Please notify us of the reason for the return by contacting us on the email address below.
You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
As we are a small operation please allow us 3 – 5 working days to process your order.
Sometimes things take a little longer. We are working hard on getting your kombucha to you as fast as we can.
Please make sure that you keep your kombucha refrigerated. It is alive with all of those gut loving cultures which remain active at room temperature.
We offer free delivery to addresses in England, Wales & Scotland. For addresses in the Outer Hebrides and Northern Ireland there is a charge to cover the courier costs.
